WHEEE HAHA WHOOHOO!!
confirmed Gold for NAPFA alr lah :D :D
but i wanna retake my IPU :\ 1 more to A!!!

surprisingly the NAPFA this year was like.. damn easy? my ipu used to suck and i couldn't even do 10 but i could do 16 today :) ya i know it's not a lot but it's improvement!!! ^^
and last year i doing situps do like 25 on then tired le, but today i didn't feel tired O.O cos i reached 31, which is A alr, then i just stop HAHA :P
ohhh AND!!!!! i'm like so proud of my SIT&REACH. last year i could only do 36cm? but today i reached.............
49cm!!!!!
i was also shocked when i saw the reading. LOL!!! :D
and of course, best part is 2.4 lah. i can't resist the temptation to say it again here. 12.46mins!! :D

ok let's stop being cocky (:
